The El Monte Community Services Department is now offering Adult Soccer leagues. Leagues are geared for those hearty enthusiasts who want to participate in recreational level soccer games in a well-organized league format. Games are scheduled to play at Mt. View Park on Monday and Thursday evenings.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Federation International de Football Association (FIFA) rules along with some El Monte League modifications will govern play. The game format for both the Co-ed and Men's soccer leagues will be 6 on 6. Co-ed teams are required to have at least 3 female players on the field at all times. Each team will play approximately 10 games and the season will last from 10-12 weeks. Awards will be given for the first and second place teams.
