Employment Opportunities

The City of El Monte Community Services Department offers many various part-time employment opportunities. We offer sports positions such as Recreation Leaders, scorekeepers, officials, field maintenance personnel as well as aquatics positions like cashiers, locker room attendants, swim instructors and lifeguards.

All applicants are required to submit an original part-time employment application to the Human ResourcesDepartment at City Hall 11333 Valley Blvd. in El Monte. Faxed applications will not be accepted. Resumes will not be accepted in leiu of submitting an application.
